This Policy applies to every account, organization, message, upload, job, candidate, course, service, provider listing, API request and platform interaction. A serious or repeated breach is a material breach of the applicable agreement.
F1. Truthfulness, identity and authority
- Do not impersonate a person or organization, conceal who controls an account or misstate your authority.
- Do not create duplicate or proxy accounts to evade review, enforcement, rate limits or commercial terms.
- Do not submit forged, altered, fabricated, stolen or materially misleading documents, credentials, jobs, qualifications, organizations, services or opportunities.
- Do not fabricate candidate interest, employer mandates, organization approval, government influence or platform endorsement.
F2. Lawful and humane conduct
- Do not use InquOS for trafficking, forced labour, exploitation, bribery, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful immigration activity or other criminal conduct.
- Do not charge a worker an unlawful recruitment fee, demand a deposit or passport surrender, impose hidden deductions or condition an opportunity on an undisclosed payment.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate unlawfully, retaliate or exploit vulnerability.
- Do not create urgency, scarcity or fear through statements you know are false or materially misleading.
F3. Opportunity integrity and anti-ghosting
- A job, course, service or provider listing must represent a genuine, current and authorized opportunity.
- Do not publish speculative, duplicate or phantom listings merely to collect data, test demand, create the appearance of activity or build a candidate pool without disclosure.
- Maintain accurate status, respond to reasonable confirmation requests and close, pause or update an opportunity when it is no longer active.
- Do not continue soliciting candidates or users after the mandate, capacity, budget, admission window or service availability has ended.
- Candidates must not repeatedly express false availability, accept processes with no genuine intention to participate or use fabricated engagement to manipulate ranking or rewards.
F4. Privacy and personal data
- Access personal data only where the role, workflow and law authorize it and only for the stated purpose.
- Do not scrape, enrich, sell, disclose, export or retain candidate, employee, student or organization data beyond lawful need.
- Do not contact a person outside the approved process in a deceptive, coercive or privacy-invasive manner.
- Apply access controls, confidentiality, retention, deletion and incident-reporting duties required by law, the Role Schedule and any DPA.
F5. Platform and security integrity
- Do not probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, bypass or attempt unauthorized access to the platform, another account or connected service.
- Do not introduce malware, malicious code, credential-stuffing, automated abuse, fraudulent traffic or harmful files.
- Do not defeat rate limits, persona restrictions, review gates, permissions, legal acceptance, audit controls or security warnings.
- Security research requires prior written authorization and compliance with the approved scope and disclosure process.
F6. Communications
- Do not send spam, repeated unwanted messages, deceptive marketing or content designed to intimidate or manipulate.
- Do not make false promises of employment, salary, admission, visa, permit, legal success, document acceptance or government influence.
- Keep communications professional, relevant and accurate. Respect withdrawal, opt-out and no-contact instructions.
F7. Automation, extraction and AI misuse
- Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, mass-copy, resell or build a competing dataset without written permission.
- Use bots and automation only through approved integrations and documented APIs.
- Do not use AI-generated identities, documents, references, employment histories, evidence or communications to deceive another user or InquOS.
- Do not manipulate prompts, files or integrations to expose hidden instructions, other users’ data, protected system information or security controls.
- Do not rely solely on an automated output to make a significant employment, admission, professional or legal decision where independent review is required.
F8. Commercial misuse and circumvention
- Do not circumvent a signed commercial fee through sham accounts, concealed introductions, off-platform arrangements or misuse of confidential information.
- Do not use InquOS branding, user trust or introductions to imply a partnership, exclusivity, government mandate or endorsement that does not exist.
- Do not resell access or provide unauthorized managed access to another organization or team.
F9. Enforcement principles
InquOS may preserve evidence, request correction, change activity status, reduce visibility, limit features, suspend, terminate, notify affected users or make a lawful report. Measures should be proportionate to severity, repetition, risk, intent, cooperation and harm.
Urgent action may be taken without prior notice for security, fraud, legal or safety reasons. A review route should follow where lawful and safe.
