These Authorized User Terms apply when an organization Customer invites a person to its InquOS workspace. They govern the invited person’s access. They do not create a new commercial contract for the organization unless InquOS separately identifies the person as an authorized signatory and obtains that acceptance.
E1. Personal account
Your account is personal. Do not share credentials, allow another person to act as you or use an organization-controlled generic mailbox as a substitute for individual accountability unless InquOS expressly approves a service account.
E2. Organization control
The inviting organization may manage your workspace role, permissions, assignments and access and may remove you from its workspace. Subject to the Privacy Notice and law, the organization may access business records, communications and activity created within its workspace.
Removing workspace access does not necessarily delete your personal InquOS account, legal acceptance record or information InquOS must retain. Your separate rights concerning personal data remain available.
E3. Authority limits
You may act only within the authority granted by the organization and the permissions assigned in InquOS. Do not publish jobs, submit candidates, approve costs, make representations or access records beyond that authority.
You do not bind the organization to new commercial terms merely by accepting these Authorized User Terms. If you are later designated as an authorized signatory, InquOS will present the relevant organization agreement separately.
E4. Compliance duties
You must comply with the Core Terms to the extent they concern your conduct, the Acceptable Use and Platform Integrity Policy, the organization’s applicable Role Schedule, confidentiality duties, worker-protection rules and lawful instructions of the organization.
If an instruction appears unlawful, discriminatory, unsafe or inconsistent with InquOS policy, do not follow it merely because an administrator issued it. Use the reporting route.
E5. Content and records
Content created in an organization workspace may be controlled by the organization for business purposes, subject to rights in your pre-existing materials, personal data and applicable law. InquOS may preserve an audit history showing who created or changed a record.
E6. End of access
Your workspace access ends when the organization or InquOS removes it, your relationship with the organization ends, or the underlying Customer agreement terminates. Return or delete exported confidential information as required by the organization, law and these Terms.
