This Schedule applies to a natural person using InquOS outside a trade or profession to explore employment, mobility, education or related support.

S1.1. Your control and rights

  • You remain free to accept, refuse, pause or withdraw from an opportunity, route, provider or process.
  • You may review and correct factual information, withdraw a submission where the workflow allows and request human review of a material profile or access issue.
  • Your information is shared only for purposes, permissions and legal bases described in the relevant workflow and Privacy Notice.
  • You will not be charged merely for being considered or selected for a job. Optional paid services must be separately described and cannot guarantee an outcome.
  • You may report an unlawful fee, coercion, passport demand, misleading promise, unsafe condition or retaliation without being required to confront the other user first.

S1.2. Your responsibilities

  • Provide your own accurate identity, contact, experience, education, language, residence, work-status, passport and supporting evidence.
  • Promptly update material changes and answer proportionate verification questions honestly.
  • Upload only documents you are entitled to use and do not conceal a material refusal, restriction or conflict where the form lawfully requests it.
  • Do not pay or promise money to another user for a guaranteed job, visa, permit or preferential platform treatment. Report suspicious demands.
  • Attend or cancel agreed interviews, appointments and process steps responsibly. Repeated unexplained non-participation may affect activity status, but must not be presented as proof of bad character or legal ineligibility.

S1.3. Important limits

InquOS does not guarantee employment, salary, sponsorship, admission, visa, residence permission, document acceptance or processing time. A pathway explanation is not a legal decision. Government authorities, employers, institutions and qualified professionals remain responsible for their decisions.

Approval of an InquOS account means only that platform access was granted. It does not certify that every claim or document is legally proven.

S1.4. Fair enforcement

A suspected mistake should normally lead to a correction request. Deliberate falsification, impersonation, forged evidence, exploitation, abuse or security misconduct may justify immediate restriction or termination. No automatic contractual fine is imposed on a Direct Job Seeker under this Schedule.
