This Schedule applies to a school, university, training provider, testing body, credential provider or authorized representative offering education-related opportunities or services.

S5.1. Institution and authorization

• The provider and each program, qualification, test or credential must have the stated legal status, accreditation, recognition and delivery authority.

• The accepting signatory and publishing users must be authorized to represent the institution and the relevant offering.

• Do not imply recognition, accreditation, transferability or government status that has not been formally granted.

S5.2. Accurate program and price information

• State entry requirements, fees, taxes, deposits, refund rules, duration, delivery mode, location, language, accreditation, qualification awarded, attendance duties, deadlines and material additional costs.

• Do not make misleading claims about rankings, recognition, transferability, employment rates, scholarships, admission certainty, visa outcomes or government endorsement.

• Promptly update or close an offering when capacity, recognition, deadlines, delivery terms or price materially changes.

S5.3. Admissions, jobs and immigration

The provider remains responsible for admissions, teaching, assessment, certification, student support, refunds and compliance. Education access does not guarantee employment, migration permission or a particular career outcome. Work or immigration information must be accurate, appropriately qualified and clearly separated from the education offer.

S5.4. Student and candidate data

• Use data only for the stated inquiry, admission, education, testing, credential or authorized support purpose.

• Do not sell or repurpose data for unrelated marketing, recruitment or onward disclosure without a lawful basis and required transparency.

• Do not use automated ranking or summaries as the sole basis for a significant admission decision where human review or other safeguards are required.
