This Schedule applies to a provider of relocation, document, verification, language, accommodation, travel, legal, tax, insurance, settlement or other support services.

S6.1. Qualifications, provider identity and scope

- Hold all licences, professional qualifications, registrations, insurance and authorizations required for the service and location.

- Identify the legal provider and responsible professional, exact scope, exclusions, price, taxes, third-party costs, timing assumptions, cancellation and refund rules, complaint route and relevant professional regulator.

- Do not perform regulated work through a generic service-provider account where a named licensed professional and separate engagement are legally required.

S6.2. No misleading guarantees

- Do not guarantee a visa, permit, government decision, job, admission, legal outcome, document acceptance, appointment or processing time.

- Do not provide legal, tax, immigration, medical, financial or other regulated advice unless appropriately qualified and engaged under the required professional terms.

- Do not misrepresent access to authorities, appointment inventory, preferential treatment or official influence.

S6.3. User protection and conflicts

- Do not use hidden fees, kickbacks, bribery, coercion, passport retention, unnecessary document collection or misleading urgency.

- Disclose material commissions, referral payments, subcontractors and conflicts where law or informed choice requires it.

- Maintain applicable service-quality, professional, security, record, complaint and insurance standards.

S6.4. Data and documents

- Access only the minimum personal data and documents required for the authorized service.

- Do not reuse, retain, disclose or monetize data outside that purpose. Return or securely delete documents when the lawful need ends.

- Promptly report loss, unauthorized access, fraud or a service failure likely to harm a user.

S6.5. Independent responsibility

The provider is an independent contractor responsible for its service, staff, subcontractors, professional duties, fees, taxes and compliance. InquOS does not guarantee the provider or become a party to the provider’s separate service contract merely by facilitating access.
