Effective date: [INSERT]. These Website Terms govern access to public pages of inquos.org and any related public website operated by UAB Skillaxis, trading as InquOS (“InquOS”, “we”, “us”). Account holders are also subject to the Core Account Terms and applicable schedules and policies.

C1. Website information

The public website provides general information about InquOS, mobility and opportunity workflows, platform features, organizations, roles and related subjects. Public content is for general information and does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, employment, education, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Information may become incomplete or outdated because laws, government practice, fees, labour conditions, provider availability and product features change. A page date, source link or warning should be used where recency matters.

C2. No application, job or government decision

Visiting the website, submitting an interest form, creating an account request or receiving a pathway explanation does not create an employment relationship, admission, professional engagement, government application, sponsorship, visa or permit entitlement. Only the competent employer, institution, professional or authority can make its respective decision.

C3. Permitted use

You may view and use the public website for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. You may not scrape, systematically extract, copy for resale, interfere with security, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code or use public forms for spam, fraud, unlawful recruitment or abusive activity.

C4. Intellectual property

InquOS and its licensors own the website software, design, branding, original text, structured workflows and protected databases, excluding material owned by users or third parties. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the public website as these Terms permit and as mandatory law requires.

C5. Third-party links and sources

The website may link to public authorities, employers, institutions, providers or other independent websites. A link identifies a potentially useful source; it does not guarantee the source’s availability, accuracy, security, service quality or endorsement.

C6. Privacy, cookies and accessibility

The Privacy Notice explains processing of website data. The Cookie Notice explains tracking technologies and available controls. The Accessibility Statement describes the accessibility standard applied to the service, known limitations and the support route.

C7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or withdraw public pages for legal, security, accuracy or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in this clause excludes duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

C8. Reporting problems

Security concerns, unlawful content, accessibility barriers and material factual errors may be reported through support@sufoniq.com. Do not use a public vulnerability report to access or disclose data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.

C9. Law and consumer rights

These Website Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. This choice does not remove mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections that apply to a consumer under applicable law.
